Our Story
Bucks County's original Tomato Pie
Cesare's, a family tradition for over 70 years is owned and continuously operated by the Petolillo family.
Cesare's got its start in Florence, NJ in 1947 by John "Cesare" Petolillo who then moved his business to Bristol Boro in 1949.
"Cesare" opened a second location in Levittown in 1964, keeping the menu simple, doing what he did best.
Cesare's became known for their pizzas, steak sandwiches, and hoagies. In 1984, Cesare's expanded their Bristol location with a new facility.
Still under the leadership and guidance of John "Cesare", the menu slowly increased, making sure each item was exceptional.
Now with a full service Italian menu, Cesare's is proud of every item from homemade soups and salad dressings, to milk fed veal, imported and homemade pasta, and more.
John "Cesare" has since passed on but his goals and ideas live on, such as combining part of the past with part of the present which makes Cesare's what it is today.
